Rules to Bounties

Alright here is the rules regarding bounties,.
1) Only pirates and Bandits are aloud to have bounties. Or if you have turned rogue from Marines or as a Bounty hunter.
2) You can not have a bounty if your character hasn;'t done anything in their history to be issued a bounty
3) The limit a character can have for a bounty is 30,000,000 no more. if you wish to give your character a higher bounty please pm myself or luffy or another admin requesting a higher bounty. They will discuss it with a bounty. You must have two admins approve your character of a higher bounty.
4) if your history does not suit your bounty if you go with the maximum myself or one of the other admins will decrease it to a bounty we think suits it.
5) You can only gain higher bounties by roleplaying in the oceans and defeating someone with an equal or just higher bounty. You do not gain bounties from defeating someone in spar. if you defeat a player on the sea tell an admin and we will read the battle making sure the battle is legit then we will administer the increase of bounty by how much we deem your character should earn.
